Three hundred fifty guests from the the Bahai Community celebrated in Philadelphia on Saturday, June 9, 2012 at Temple University’s Center for Performing Arts in a gorgeous garden area. This celebration was an anniversary of the Bahai Community. You can find out more about them as National Public Radio did a great segment on their history and it aired on public radio on the day of the event.
Our client wrote in a thank you card to Diantonio's Catering Philadelphia, “Great job! Everything went so smoothly and the food was terrific and plentiful. Thank you for making our event so special!”
The Celebration was followed by a “Family Reunion Picnic” at the Philadelphia Regional Bahá’í Center, 2462 Bryn Mawr Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19131 at 6 pm. It was designed to have a relaxing atmosphere and the menu to be like a family picnic. Entrees included juicy hamburgers, grilled hotdogs, mouthwatering mesquite chicken and delicious yam/millet burgers. The delicious Greek salad, garden salad, pasta salad, potato salad and coleslaw rounded out the meal. Refreshing lemon water added just the right touch on a warm day.

There were 2,300 guests at the Graduation Commencement on Monday, May 14, 2012. The off and on rainy day did not dampen the spirits of the students, faculty, and guests as they look forward to the bright future of the students graduating. All the food was fresh and the displays made a nice presentation that was not only pleasant to the eye, but easy to see what the menu options were.
We roasted and cut 625 pounds of meat for the delectable Black Angus Roast Beef and Turkey Sandwiches.
The Vegetarian Lo Mein (spicy cross between General Tso’s and Teriyaki) was a huge hit. It looked great and tasted wonderful, so even when people who weren’t vegetarians saw and heard about it some opted for the vegetarian option.

The fresh fruit including mangos and the homemade cookies were delicious.
Everything was set up 40 minutes before they ate.
Nineteen staff constantly monitored the stations to make sure everything flowed smoothly and was kept well stocked. The team was amazing.
Accolades from the management were given for the food and service of the staff. This event was one of our largest yet with over 2,000 people enjoying DiAntonio's Graduation Catering. We look forward to many more graduations.
